Visual Identity
Echo is a taproom and bar concept developed in association with Trace Brewing. Building on our previous work designing the Trace logo, I used that identity as a foundation for creating a visual system that connects the two brands while allowing Echo to stand on its own. The Echo logo mark integrates three core elements: a triangle drawn directly from the Trace logo, and three parallel lines that serve a dual purpose. They reference both the letter “E” and the repetition inherent in the concept of an echo. Identical in form and evenly spaced, the lines symbolize sound reverberation—consistent, structured, and rhythmic. The result is a mark that resonates with simplicity, repetition, and brand continuity—visually echoing both its name and its origin.
