M-Theory, a cherished record store steeped in musical history and passion, provided the inspiration for this case study. Our mission was to usher them into the contemporary age while preserving the essence of their musical roots.
We conceived the notion of launching a podcast as a means to engage with their audience. This platform would allow M-Theory to delve into the latest music trends, showcase new songs, and offer constructive critiques for listener-generated music. In an exciting twist, we envisioned that exceptional listener-created music could even earn M-Theory's support as a producer.
As for the logo design, our goal was to capture the essence of a spinning record and subtly incorporate musical notes within the negative space of the letter "M." Our vision was to craft a memorable and timeless identity that would resonate with audiences for generations to come.
Our case studies are 24-hour (3day) projects during which we select a business and endeavor to create as many assets as possible, leveraging the available public information we can discover as inspiration and base starting point.
We utilize our Case Studies as a means of practicing and refining our skills. They are not intended as critiques or endeavors to assert ownership over other brands.
