Remnant, situated in Somerville, MA, stands as more than just a brewery; it serves as a gathering place for the community to come together and enjoy exceptional beer (and coffee) crafted from fresh ingredients, all within a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

When crafting Remnant's visual identity, our aim was to evoke a connection to the charming mom-and-pop breweries of the 1920s, infusing it with an air of optimism and intriguing fascination.

To embody this vision, we conceptualized the logo in the form of a moon. This symbolism lies in the notion that the moon is a remnant of Earth and time, with its surface acting as a literal time capsule. Additionally, the moon's phases represent the passage of time, aligning seamlessly with the themes of Remnant. Subtly incorporating these phases into the circular logo, we created a cyclical design that mirrors continuous rebirth, much like the experience of replenishing one's glass with the next round of libations.
